If your artwork with over 12 colors is considered very complex. This product may have additional fees. The fee is for the first 4 hours of digitizing work, if the complexity requires additional time over the first 4 hours a fee of $15 per 30 minutes will be assessed and payable before deliver. Let me assure you that in the complete history of Quick 2 Stitch, I have never had an over 4 hours charge assessed.
The fee includes free simple resizing – resizing that does not require stitch-level edits. For this purpose, a calculation of 200% is used to make this determination. If you need additional size changes of up to 200%, please include an order for 200% Size Edit
All files include test stitching for your assurance of stitchablity.
All files will require the use of an embroidery machine – home or commercial models.
